Founder and CEO
Thomas has 17+ years in tech delivery, including for clients like Shell and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has expertise in project/program management, cloud computing, data/analytics, ML/AI, SaaS, team leadership, finance, accounting, and more. He is a SME in the global energy trading space and holds a Bachelor's and Master's in International Business & Finance.
After two decades spent consulting for top Fortune 100 companies across finance, energy, technology, and consulting, I discovered a profound calling beyond the 9-5 grind - to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others and to leave this world better than I found it.
After having lost my best friend in 2015, I further felt the frailty of life, and this began my journey with Beacon Boxx, one that has taken many twists and turns since our inception in 2020. During that first year my desire to build Beacon Boxx was only further strengthened stories emerging from the COVID pandemic. Hearing heartbreaking stories of people who passed away alone, isolated from the world due to COVID and other conditions, was deeply distressing. It was unfathomable to me that, in an age of rapid technological advancement, anyone could be so forgotten and alone.
Quite frankly, it broke my heart to see so much pain & fear on the faces of those I loved. But, it also ignited a fire in my heart, on that ultimately that led me to devote myself to something more, something bigger than myself. And together with a phenomenal team of advisors and engineers, we have created something truly revolutionary and life changing.

Tan Le is a Vietnamese-born Australian telecommunications entrepreneur and co-founder of Emotiv, a pioneering bioinformatics company launched in 2011 in San Francisco that utilizes electroencephalography (EEG) to deepen our understanding of the human brain. A recognized thought leader, she is a published author and TED speaker, and was named the 1998 Young Australian of the Year and featured in Australia’s 30 Under 30 the same year. At Beacon Boxx, Tan serves as a consumer electronics and AI advisor, where she guides our go-to-market strategy, fundraising initiatives, and the development of innovative hardware and AI models. Her extensive knowledge of the consumer electronics landscape, combined with her experience in mobile technology and AI, positions her as a vital asset to our team
Electrophysiologisy, Advisor
Dr. Nilesh Mathuria is a board-certified and fellowship-trained cardiac electrophysiologist with extensive experience in managing cardiac arrhythmias. He earned his medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center and completed his residency and cardiology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology at UCLA. Passionate about patient care, Dr. Mathuria specializes in atrial fibrillation, biventricular pacing, and advanced device implantation. At Beacon Boxx, he provides best-practice medical guidance on electrophysiology and innovative strategies for detecting potentially fatal arrhythmias before they become critical. He plays a key role in guiding the development of our AI models and offering general medical advice.
