1) The Beacon Boxx app connects to your wearable device and gathers vital health, movement, and sleep data from your connected wearable.
2) Beacon Boxx then processes this data through an AI-powered health analysis model to detect any emergency events or declining health trends.
3) If declining trends are detected, Beacon Boxx will first notify you to check-in on how you’re feeling.
4) If ok, deactivate the alert and the process will cease.
5) However, If you do not reply, Beacon Boxx will then automatically notify your established emergency contacts (including 911) and alert them that help is needed.
6) When help arrives, they will be able to identify your home quickly using our patent-pending Beacon Boxx device.
7) First responders then use a custom PIN code they received in the text alert to quickly access your spare key from the Beacon Boxx device; entering your home securely and administering care to save your life.

Absolutely! We taking nothing more serious that your safety. We have performed extensive penetration testing to this device and maintain security to the level expected from a commerically available lockbox.

Beacon Boxx uses custom lithium-ion battery packs, designed to operate for up to 7-years on a single charge depending on usage!
When the battery gets low, your app will notify you to recharge. Simply remove the box from it’s mount and recharge using the USB-C cord provided in your original packaging.
A full charge should last for 12-18 months on average.
Note: Do not place the box in direct sunlight as this will impact battery life and may cause the box to overheat.

As we continue to create a robust Beacon Boxx community, you will have the option to establish 3-types of connected profiles.
1) Emergency Contacts: Normally, you will establish emergency contacts as people you know and trust to enter your home, friends, family, neighbors, etc.
2) Community Connects: If you are new to a city or living away from family, you can find mutual interested contacts in your vacinity with whom you can connect and discuss becoming each others’ emergency contacts.
3) Caretakers: Caretakers are able to connect to your Beacon Boxx account on demand and check your health vitals to ensure you are still in good-health 24/7.
As we progress, we will also offer users an option to send out Beacon Alerts to non-assigned community contacts (other Beacon users) in the event you are having an emergency. This will alert people who may live in your apartment, condos, or neighborhood that you need help, even if they have not been assigned as an emergency contact. They WILL NOT receive PIN codes or entry access but could be notified as a bystander to come provide help or facilitate emergency sevices. This is OPTIONAL for all users.

We monitor your data in real-time and do not store any of your data on our servers. That data is constantly overwritten and does not interface with any web-facing applications. This means that your data is secure from would-be identity thieves.
We do not track your locational data and only access location when an emergency exists. Otherwise, we only monitor pedometer and accelerometer data from your device which shows that you are still moving and alive.
